Eligible US-based ExpensifyApproved! accounting firms can earn revenue share equal to 0.5% of their clients’ eligible Expensify Card spend, paid directly into their connected business bank account.

Who can earn Expensify Card revenue share
To earn Expensify Card revenue share, you must:
- Be enrolled in the ExpensifyApproved! accountants program.
- Be based in the United States.
- Be a Domain Admin on the client’s domain.
- Have a US business bank account connected in Expensify.
How to qualify for Expensify Card revenue share
To qualify, you must be an ExpensifyApproved! partner and an admin on the client’s domain.
To verify that you’re a Domain Admin:
- In the navigation tabs (on the left on web, on the bottom on mobile), go to Workspaces > Domains.
- Select your client’s domain.
- Select Domain Admins.
If you can access the Domain Admins page, you’re a Domain Admin for that domain. If you are not able to view the list or access the domain, ask your client to add you as a domain admin.
How to receive Expensify Card Revenue Share
To receive revenue share payments, you must have a US business bank account added in Expensify.
Revenue share payments are automatically deposited into your default connected US business bank account.

What happens after you qualify for Expensify Card revenue share
Once you’ve met the eligibility requirements and connected a US business bank account, Expensify automatically calculates your revenue share based on your clients’ eligible Expensify Card spend.
Revenue share payments are deposited into your default connected US business bank account each month. No additional action is required as long as you remain eligible.

What if my firm cannot accept revenue share from clients?
Some firms have policies that restrict receiving revenue share payments.
If your firm cannot accept the cashback, you can choose to return the equivalent amount to your client using your firm’s preferred payment process.
Why am I not receiving Expensify Card Revenue Share payments?
If you’re not receiving revenue share payments, verify that:
- You are enrolled in the ExpensifyApproved! accountants program.
- You are a Domain Admin on the client’s domain.
- You have a US business bank account connected in Expensify.
- Your client is actively using the Expensify Card.
What happens if multiple ExpensifyApproved! partners are Domain Admins on the same domain?
If multiple ExpensifyApproved! partners are listed as Domain Admins on the same client domain, revenue share payments are assigned to the partner who was first added as a Domain Admin.
If you believe revenue share is being assigned incorrectly, verify the order in which Domain Admins were added to the domain.
