Before you manage your Expensify subscription
To manage a subscription in New Expensify, your account must have at least one workspace.
If you haven’t created a workspace yet, create one first so your account can be associated with a subscription.
Where to find your Expensify subscription
You can view and manage your subscription from your account settings.

Tap your profile picture, then tap Subscription.
How to view your Expensify subscription details
On the Subscription page, you can review your current subscription and see which plan your account is on.
Under Your plan, you can:
- See your current plan
- Review which features are included
- Confirm whether you’re on Free, Collect, Control, Track, or Submit
This section helps you understand what functionality is available as part of your subscription.
How to explore workspace plans
If you’re considering changing your plan, you can compare available plans directly from the Subscription page.
To explore plans:
- Go to Account > Subscription.
- Scroll to the Your plan section.
- Click Explore all plans.

Your subscription payment method determines how your Expensify subscription is billed.
Under Payment, you can:
- View your current payment card
- Add a new payment card
- Change or replace an existing card
To update your payment method:
