Where to find your Expensify subscription in Expensify Classic
You can view and manage your subscription from the Subscription page on the web.

How to view your Expensify subscription details in Expensify Classic
On the Subscription page, you can review your current subscription and see which plan your workspace is on.
Under Subscription, you can:
- View your current subscription size
- Increase your subscription size
- Enable Auto Renew
- Enable Auto-Increase subscription size
- Enable Corporate Karma
These settings control how your subscription renews and scales as your company grows.
How to explore workspace plans in Expensify Classic
If you’re considering a plan change, you can confirm your current plan type and review available features from within your workspace.
To explore workspace plans:
- Go to Settings > Workspaces > [Workspace Name] > Overview.
- Scroll to the Plan Type section.
You’ll see a breakdown of each plan and the features included.
Note: It’s not possible to switch plans during an active Annual Subscription term.
How to manage your Expensify subscription payment method in Expensify Classic
Your subscription payment method determines how your Expensify subscription is billed.
From Settings > Account > Subscription > Payments, you can:
- View your current payment card
- Add a new payment card
- Change or replace an existing payment card
To update your payment method:
- Go to Settings > Account > Subscription.
- Find the Payment section.
- Click Change payment card.
Changes apply to future subscription charges.
